-Due to federal & state food safety regulations, pets are NOT allowed in the picking fields, orchard or farm market with the exception of service animals.
-I understand that the pick your own availability can vary based on the weather conditions and the season. Fruits, vegetables and flowers are agricultural crops and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions and ripening variables. We cannot guarantee that the tulips & flowers will be in bloom on a particular date, so please be prepare to be flexible with the date of your visit. Kelder’s Farm will not issue refunds in the event of crop failures or shortages.
-Outside picking containers are not allowed.
-I understand that this is a working farm protected under New York State Law "Safety in Agritourism Act" and agree to this law and will read signs before entering the premises.
-By entering Kelder’s Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Kelder’s Farm, LLC. advertising and all media whether known or hearafter devised, for eternity, and you release Kelder’s farm, its successors, assignees & licensees from any liability whatsoever.
-I understand and agree to all rules and requirements stated on the ticket page and posted at the farm.

-Majority of the Farm is LESS CASH, we accept cash in Admissions & Farm Market at the farm. You may purchase a gift card with cash to use at the food locations or use debit/credit.
